Allianz Partners Launches New Digital Brochure Portal for Travel Advisors

New Tool Helps Travel Advisors Stay Current and Reduces Paper Waste

Richmond, Virginia, May 3, 2023 – Leading travel insurance and assistance provider Allianz Partners has launched a new digital brochure portal within its award-winning AgentMax Online travel advisor platform. The new ordering tool allows travel advisor partners to quickly and easily download the most current Allianz travel protection product information and share it with their clients. The brochures have been simplified to make finding key information easier and are formatted for easy printing on any printer.

The latest brochures are available as PDF files in a new two-page format that makes the information both easier to digest and more eco-friendly than Allianz’s previous printed brochures. Travel advisors simply need to sign into their AgentMax Online account and click on the “Order Brochures” button from the homepage. The brochures available for the advisor’s unique account identifier can then be quickly selected for viewing or printing via a dedicated email that can be easily forwarded to clients.

As seen above, available brochures will display based on an agent’s ACCAM.

The digital brochure portal hosts more than 100 product brochures that are automatically updated to reflect changes to the company’s products. Allianz sent more than 100,000 emails to its travel advisor partners to advise them of the availability of the new portal and has developed a training flyer and training deck for advisors.

“Travel advisors told us that they want immediate access to our most up to date product brochures and are looking for ways to reduce waste and support sustainability,” said Richard Aquino, Vice President and Head of Sales at Allianz Partners USA. “We’ve responded by building a new digital brochure portal within AgentMax Online that delivers the most up-to-date brochures in a way that is both efficient and eco-friendly.”

The digital brochure portal allows travel advisors to skip ordering print brochures if they desire, allowing them to reduce paper waste and have immediate access to the latest product information. Each brochure includes a list of that products’ travel insurance coverage and benefits, a list of situations that are covered for trip cancellations and interruptions and contact information for customer questions.

Allianz Partners offers travel insurance through most major U.S. airlines, leading travel agents, online travel agencies, hotel companies, cruise lines and directly to consumers. For more information on Allianz and available travel policies, please visit http://www.allianztravelinsurance.com/
