Allianz Partners Appoints Julia Palte as Global Head of Strategy 

Allianz Partners reinforces its Transformation and Strategy team with a new hire to further accelerate its strategic agenda focused on simplicity. 

Richmond, VA, July 6, 2021 — Julia Palte joins Allianz Partners as Global Head of Strategy, effective July 1st 2021. This appointment will enhance Allianz Partners’ transformation function as it focuses on speeding up the simplification of its products, processes and IT solutions.

Most recently a Partner at Ernst & Young in Germany, Julia brings with her over 10 years of experience in strategy consulting in the insurance sector. Her expertise is around strategy and business transformation as well as digitization and omni-channel, and she has run sales and growth programs, as well as ecosystem approaches. Julia holds a Master’s degree in Economics and Business Administration and an MBA in Insurance.
