Celebrating two decades of collaboration, Allianz Partners and Iberia extend their partnership 

Paris/Madrid, February 18th, 2026

Iberia, Spain´s largest airline and leading carrier, and part of the IAG Group, and Allianz Partners, a world leader in B2B2C insurance and assistance services, announce the extension of their existing business partnership.

This extension marks a significant milestone as the two companies approach their 20th anniversary of collaboration in 2026, underscoring a robust and enduring partnership that has consistently delivered exceptional value to travelers across the globe.

Since the start of the partnership in 2006, Allianz Partners and Iberia have provided comprehensive travel insurance solutions to travelers, which include essential benefits such as financial protection against trip cancellations, medical coverage abroad, and assistance with delays and lost baggage. Customers can easily purchase and access these insurance products through different channels, such as when booking their flight on Iberia’s website or mobile app, and during the ‘Manage My booking’ and online check-in processes.

The partnership spans 13 markets, including 11 existing markets in Europe*, and new markets like the United States and Mexico, reinforcing our collaboration and joint strategic positioning.
